When done correctly, deadlifting is easily one of the most effective exercises. And believe it or not, women, this is the most powerful exercise for toning and shaping your back side, period!
Deadlifting is one of my favorite movements and a great exercise to use even if your only goal is to lose weight and look better. It stimulates a lot of muscle, which helps to increase your fat-burning metabolism and build lean muscle. No machine could ever compare to the deadlift!
Long story short: If you want to transform your body and/or get stronger, then you should be deadlifting!
