Wondering what to do with some off your time? Get off your a** and get moving! Too many people (especially in America) have gotten used to sitting in front of T.V’s, playing video games, and stuffing their faces with garbage. This programming is broken and needs to change!
Physical activity can and should be fun!
Exercise boosts your energy level.
It frustrates me to see people getting worn down by completing the simplest tasks! We’ve all seen it… someone who gets tired walking up a flight of stairs, walking to the mailbox, standing up?, etc… You get the point.
Exercise delivers oxygen and the proper nutrients through your bloodstream and to your tissues. Our bodies are high performance machines, and putting a bunch of “rough miles” on them can be cured and in some cases reversed with regular maintenance and exercise!
This is extremely important!
When your heart, lungs, and muscles work more efficiently, you’ll have more energy to do the things you enjoy!
Exercise improves your mood.
Stressed? Tired? Feeling Down? – Negativity needs to be flushed out of your body and your mind immediately!
Physical activity stimulates the release of various brain chemicals, such as serotonin that leaves you feeling happier and more relaxed.
Looking better and feeling better are also side affects of an adequate exercise regimen. Improved looks and feelings lead to a higher level of confidence, and the defeat of depression!
Bottom line – If you move better, you feel better!!!

Regular physical activity manage and prevent certain conditions; such as high blood pressure, cholesterol issues, heart complications, asthma, type 2 diabetes, osteoporosis, and many other ailing problems, the list can go on and on. No one wants the diseases, complications, or issues.

I’m not going to start a long discussion about creating a calorie deficiency or some trendy diet, the best way to start seeing results is by putting in some quality work.
Let’s not kid ourselves, we live in a very result oriented world! Without goals and results we’d have nothing, and that’s something that carries over in all aspects of life.

A good night’s sleep is an essential element to improving your life! It can improve your concentration, productivity and overall mood.
Physical activity is the key to better sleep! They go hand in hand. A strong exercise program can and will in almost all cases help you fall asleep faster and deepen your sleep.
Just make sure to not exercise right before you want to go to bed! It will get your blood pumping and leave you feeling too energized to fall asleep. It’s important to get your workout in at a proper time!

Regular physical activity can lead to enhanced arousal for men & women. This goes back to looking better and feeling better & being physically fit makes life easier! Being fit leads to a higher awareness of ones self.
